The space

The place is professional cleaned and disinfected for COVID safety.

★ This modern house is 1800 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open floor plan with undisrupted 180 degree view, surrounded by boulders. Modern kitchen with high end appliance. This house is a brand new construction. (Driveway is a bit steep, drive slowly.)

★ 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The house can accommodate 6 adults and two kids.

★ New modern furnitures. King beds in two bedrooms and queen bed in the third bedroom.

★ All Brand New Appliance, Washer & Dryer.

★ High speed mesh Wifi through the house and backyard (200Mbps).

★ Fully Equipped Kitchen.

★ Smart TV. One TV in the living room and one TV in the master bedroom.

★ Gas Burning Fire Pit, Outdoor Lounge Chairs, Hammock Chair, outdoor dining table, hammock chairs, BBQ Grill. (Guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank for BBQ Grill and Fire Pit, host will reimburse.)

★Keurig espresso machine with K-Cup provided. Not working with ground coffee.

★Utensil, Wine Opener, Pizza Cutter, Cookware, Dinnerware, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloth, Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, Dish Wash, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Towel, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags etc are provided.

PETS:
We do allow small dogs, please ask before you book. There is a $40 extra cleaning charge. We just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED

Security:
We have a Non-Recording video camera on the outdoor front entrance. This is for our use only to remotely monitor package delivery and service crew. Guests are never recorded or monitored. No camera inside the property or in backyard.
